A system for a pharmacy
Thousands of items, expiry dates to watch, and pharmacists working in shifts. Kublet keeps the stock, the sales and who sold what, on your phone.
We build it with you on day one, for free.
You tell Kublet
We run a pharmacy. Medicines have expiry dates. Two pharmacists work in shifts.

What it does for you
An expiry date on every medicine
Say that medicines have expiry dates, and each product gets that field — the date is in front of you whenever you sell or count.
Each shift under its own name
Every pharmacist signs in on their own phone, so every sale carries the name of whoever made it.
Stock that counts itself
Every sale takes the item off the stock, and an alert comes when a medicine is running low.
How it starts
- 1
You describe the business
In plain words: what you sell, how customers pay, how many people work for you. That is all it takes.
- 2
You look at it and agree
Kublet proposes the lists and screens. You rename things and add what is missing — nothing changes without your say.
- 3
You invite your staff
Send them a link — they sign in on their phone with a name and a password, and start working.
Questions
See the plans and pricesWe have thousands of items in Excel. Can they be brought in?
Yes. Your product list and stock are brought across from Excel on the first day; you do not type them in again.
Does a pharmacist see the purchase price?
Only if you allow it. Each role sees only its own work: you decide who sees purchase prices and who can change the stock.
What does it cost?
Plans start at $29 a month; paying for three months saves 10% and a year saves 20%. Building your system is free with an invite code.
