Partner programme terms

Last updated: 30 September 2026

These terms apply to everyone who brings businesses to Kublet as a partner. The programme page explains it in short; this page is the agreement.

1. The parties

The programme is run by [Company legal name] (STIR [Taxpayer number (STIR)]), [Legal address]. A partner is any person or company whose application we accept.

2. Joining

You apply on the partner page. When we accept you, you get personal invite codes. Joining is free and does not require you to use Kublet yourself.

3. Who brought whom

A business counts as yours when it builds its system with your code. If a business uses codes from two partners, the first code used counts. We keep the record, and you can see which businesses are yours.

4. Your share

You receive 20% of every payment a business you brought makes to Kublet for plans, for as long as it keeps paying. The share is calculated on amounts actually received, excluding VAT and refunded sums. Setup service is not included.

5. Payouts

Once a month, by the 15th, for payments received the month before: to your card or bank account. We send a statement of each business's payments and your share.

6. Taxes

You are responsible for taxes on what you receive. Where the law requires us to withhold tax, we do and pay out the rest.

7. How you present Kublet

Tell businesses the truth about Kublet, its prices and what it does. Do not promise anything we do not offer, do not use spam, and do not register businesses without their knowledge. Codes obtained dishonestly do not count.

8. Our name and materials

You may use the Kublet name, logo and our materials to introduce Kublet, as long as it is clear you are an independent partner. You may not create websites or ads that look like ours.

9. Ending

Either side may end the partnership with 30 days' notice. Your share for businesses you brought continues after that, unless the partnership ended because you broke these terms.

10. Changes

We may change these terms with 30 days' notice. The 20% share for businesses already brought does not go down.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. We first try to settle any dispute by talking; if that fails, it goes to the competent court.
