This page explains, in plain words, what Kublet does with your data and your customers' data. If anything is unclear, write to us at the address below.
Who collects it
Kublet is run by B2B SOFT LLC (Tashkent, Uzbekistan). We are responsible for your data.
What we collect
For your account: your name, an email address or phone number, a password (stored only as a hash) and your chosen language. Inside your system: whatever you put there — clients, sales, payments, stock and other records. Technical data: sign-in times, browser type and IP address, for security and for finding faults.
Why
To run the service, to protect your account, to send you messages such as a sign-in link, and to make the product better. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.
Where it is kept
On servers in Germany (Hetzner). Backups are taken nightly and kept for 30 days. We use Resend to send email, and Sentry for error reports — Sentry receives technical details, not your records.
Who can see it
You and the staff you invite can see the records in your system, each within their role. Kublet's own people look at your data only when you ask us to, and only to fix a problem; those occasions are logged.
Working with Claude
If you connect your own Claude subscription to your system, the records you ask about are sent to Anthropic as part of the conversation you started. You can disconnect at any time. The same applies when you use Kublet's own assistant, and we tell you so at the time.
How long we keep it
While your account is open. A deleted record can be brought back for 30 days, then it goes for good. If you ask us to close your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your data. Write to the address below and we will answer within 30 days.
Cookies
kublet.uz and kublet.app set no cookies and do not track you. Once you sign in to the product, one necessary cookie keeps you signed in — nothing else.
Children
Kublet is for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we update this policy we change the date on this page, and we email you about anything important.
