By using Kublet you agree to what follows. We have tried to keep it short and readable.
Who runs the service
Kublet is a service of B2B SOFT LLC (Tashkent, Uzbekistan).
Your account
Keeping your account and password safe is your responsibility. You invite your own staff and decide what each of them may do. Nobody from Kublet will ever ask you for your password.
The pilot
The service is free during the pilot. Things change quickly in this period, because we are building it with you. When the pilot ends we will tell you the price and terms at least 30 days beforehand; if they do not suit you, you take your data and go.
Your data is yours
Everything you put into your system belongs to you. We use it only to provide the service. You can download a copy or ask us to delete it at any time.
What you may not do
Nothing unlawful, no attempts to reach other people's data, no deliberate load meant to break the service, and no spam. We may suspend an account that does these things.
Interruptions
We work to keep the service running, but during the pilot we do not guarantee it. We give notice before planned work.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. As it is free during the pilot, we do not accept liability for indirect losses. This does not limit your rights under the law.
Ending
You can ask us to close your account at any time. We may end the service where these terms are broken — and we give you 30 days to take your data with you.
Changes to these terms
If we update them we change the date on this page, and we email you about anything important.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. We will try to settle any dispute by talking first.
