    A sale on credit goes to the builder's name. A part payment comes in and the debt goes down by itself; whoever owes most is at the top.

Can a salesperson sell without seeing my cost price?

Yes. Each role sees only its own work: a salesperson records sales and never sees the cost price, a storekeeper counts stock and never touches the money.

We keep everything in Excel and a notebook. Do we start from zero?

No. Your clients, products and stock are brought across from Excel on the first day, and the debts in the notebook are entered once.

What does it cost?
